Payments through Etsy checkout are accepted first to proceed with your order. If you need special payment arraignments please follow the Etsy guidelines.
Please be assured that your items will usually ship out within 3-8 weeks of project start depending on when you ordered and the shipping process you selected, unless the item you ordered shows more, or less time needed. Most orders are shipped within 3-6 weeks after your final project approval depending on the stain and finish you choose. Additional time may be needed to mail stain samples for matching. The carriers we use are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and United Parcel Service (UPS). If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. USPS is currently delivering Saturdays. If you have an emergency please call customer service at (855) 664-4003 to make arraignments before placing your order or email us here. We appreciate your business!
Large orders over 48 inches diameter will ship via freight carrier. Freight carrier fees are included on all items listed on Etsy except for International or rush shipments. We are not responsible for duties or taxes for imports or custom fees associated with bringing items into your country outside of the USA.
If you order a double panel style, I will ship it to you securing the panels with a shipping bolt. Please remove the shipping bolt with tool provided before use. I will also include a rubber foot to place over where the shipping bolt was removed. This bolt secures the 2 panels to they travel safely and arrive to you safely.

Exceptions are custom orders, personalized orders, unique product orders, or not in stock items that are custom built after the order is placed. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase date. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom order may require more time and will be stated on the custom order quote. Any changes to our policies will also be stated on the custom order quote. If additional time is needed to complete your project due to the nature of wood, weather, humidity, or hurricanes and acts of nature, I will update your estimated competition date and inform you right away.
